TENA® Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By participating in the TENA® Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as Tena’s website terms of use at https://www.tena.ca/en/terms-of-use (“Terms of Use”) (which include, but are not limited to, provisions regarding ownership of content submitted, disclaimer of warranties, a limitation of liability, prohibited activities, visitor obligations, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions). To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions control.
OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM: The Program is a loyalty program through which registered participants may log onto the portal and may earn points from the purchase of specified TENA® incontinence products (the “Participating Products”) as reported by joining the program and uploading receipts (collectively, the “Activities”). Points that are awarded are redeemable for a digital gift card of Sponsor’s choosing (the “Reward”), as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified herein.
ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open to those who have reached the age of majority in the province/territory of Canada in which they reside in (each a “Participant” or referred to herein as “you”), with respect to their purchases of Participating Products through retail channels specified herein. The Program is offered to individuals only; corporations, associations or other groups including, without limitation, long-term care or healthcare facilities, may not participate in the Program. Participants in the Program must purchase Participating Products for their own use and not for the use of another person. The Participating Products must be purchased through retail channels such as mass merchandise stores, drug stores, grocery stores, and online retailers including Amazon.com and Tena’s Canadian website. The Program Sponsor’s (hereinafter defined) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a particular person is eligible for the Program. It is fraudulent for any individual or company, association, or group to direct, encourage, or allow individuals to use a single Program Account (hereinafter defined) for the purpose of accumulating points for combined use. You must provide true, accurate and complete information as required, and you must keep your Account information up to date at all times. You may not create an account using another person’s name or information, including email address and/or phone number. You may create only one Account for yourself to reflect your purchases of Participating Products. If more than one account is created by you, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate any multiple account(s) created, withdraw any Points earned and associated with such Account(s), and take any other actions necessary to remove you from the Program. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account and for keeping your Account password secure. You may never use another person’s Account or registration information for the Program without permission. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. You should never publish, distribute or post login information for your Account.
REGISTERING FOR THE PROGRAM; CREATING AN ACCOUNT: Between July 9, 2021, and June 28, 2026 (the “Program Period”) you may register at https://shop.tena.us/pages/rewards-canada (the “Program Website”) and create an account (the “Account”). To create an Account, you must input your information onto the registration page, including your current valid email address. You shall be responsible for maintaining and updating your registration data and Account when applicable to ensure that it is always current, complete and accurate. Once you have an Account, during the Program Period you can log in and follow the instructions to complete various specified Activities. For completion of each Activity (and its associated conditions, if any), you can earn points. Once the Activity has been verified and validated by Sponsor, points will be awarded to your Account. You can then redeem these points for the Reward on the Program Website.
FOR MORE INFORMATION: See below and the “How it Works,” “Earn Points,” “Rewards” and “FAQs” sections of the Program Website. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are providing Sponsor with consent to send you communications and promotions via email or text. You will be permitted to unsubscribe from receipt of email and text messaged communications at any time. The privacy policy available at https://www.tena.ca/en/privacy-policy for Canada, explains our collection and use of the information we receive from you. You agree that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of that privacy policy.
EARNING POINTS: Participants can earn points in the Program during the Program Period as described in the “Earn Points” section of the Program Website. Upon satisfying all of the requirements of an Activity and validation/verification by Sponsor, a Participant will be awarded the points associated with completing that Activity. Points for activities that do not require verification (e.g. creating an account) will typically be credited to a Participant’s Account immediately upon completion of the Activity. There may be limitations on eligibility for and participation in certain Activities. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. The only way to use points is to redeem them for the Program Reward. Additionally, Participants can earn 1 point for every dollar purchased net of any and all discounts, rebates, and/or coupons and not including taxes of any kind. Up to ninety (90) days after purchasing a Participating Product, but no later than June 28, 2026 Participants can upload an image or images of the entire receipt that contains Participating Products to the Program Website. To be eligible to earn points, receipts must legibly show the store name, date of purchase, TENA® products number (UPC), item names, and prices. Upon uploading of the receipt with the required information, Sponsor will verify the information and if it meets the requirements of this Program, points will be awarded to an Account within two business (2) days of upload but may take longer in some circumstances. Points will not be awarded to an Account if the requirements herein are not followed. The purchase of any particular Participating Product may only be credited to one Program Account. Participants cannot earn points on any purchases made or activities completed prior to enrolling in the Program, prior to the Program Period, or once the Program Period ends. Each Participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of its Account. If you believe your Account is not accurate, or that points were not credited properly, please send an email using the “Support” link on the home page. Sponsor will make a decision regarding whether to award points in its sole and final discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to remove points from an Account if it determines that such points were improperly credited.
REDEEMING POINTS FOR REWARDS: A Participant may redeem points it has earned in the Program for a digital Reward gift card for Tim Horton’s. Additions, deletions, and substitutions may happen at Sponsor’s discretion without notice. To redeem points, (i) click on the “Rewards” link on the Program Website, (ii) select the item for which the Participant has accrued the required number of points, and (iii) complete any further actions required to redeem such Reward, as will be communicated to you as part of the process or in a confirmatory e-mail from Sponsor. Upon completing the process to claim a Reward, the Participant will receive a confirmation that the Reward has been ordered and the associated points will be deducted from the Participant’s Account. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, taxes or shipping on products.
Rewards may be awarded on a first-come, first-served and while-supplies-last basis. Available Rewards may change without notice. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a reward claimed by a Participant with a reward of equal or greater value. Once a Participant claims a Reward, the Participant may not cancel the Reward, return the Reward and/or obtain a refund of points. Other than as expressly specified in these Terms and Conditions, all fees, expenses, tax liabilities, and other costs, if applicable, relating to participation in the Program, redemption of points, or receipt or use of any reward, are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
SPONSOR OFFERS ALL REWARDS IN THE PROGRAM “AS IS.” SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, WITH RESPECT TO ANY REWARDS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM.
PROGRAM PERIOD AND PROGRAM TERMINATION: The Program will end on June 28, 2026 (“Termination Date”). All points must be redeemed and Rewards claimed by the Termination Date.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT: Each Participant agrees, on behalf of itself and its employees and agents that it will not engage in any activity that interferes with or compromises the integrity of the Program or the Program Website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Participant agrees not to: create and/or use multiple Accounts (only one Account is permitted per person); attempt to obtain account information, passwords or other private information from other members; allow nonauthorized persons to use its Account or points earned in the Program; or engage in any conduct that violates the Terms and Conditions or the Program Website’s Terms of Use. REVOCATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ACCOUNT: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke, terminate or suspend a Participant’s Account, any points obtained through the Program, and/or any and all of a Participant’s privileges associated with the Program, at any time and for any reason. That right is in addition to any other rights Sponsor may have under these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, and applicable law.

Modifications may include but are not limited to: changing eligibility requirements for the Program, participation in certain Activities, or a particular Reward; how points may be earned; the number of points required to receive a particular reward; the allowable frequency of Activities; the number of points a Participant can earn for a given Activity or during a given time period; and what rewards are available. Continued participation in the Program after a modification by Sponsor constitutes acceptance of that modification and the Program, including changes to the Terms and Conditions. If the Program is terminated by Sponsor, Participants will have ninety (90 days) after notice of termination to redeem their points for rewards, after which all points in a Participant’s Account will have no value of any kind and will be forfeited without compensation.
